Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

1.1 Seller: GptSidebar.com

1.2 Buyer: The individual who accepts this contract electronically.

This distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") defines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Distance Sales Agreements Regulation.

3. Service Information

  • Price (Including Taxes): As stated on the website

4. General Conditions

  • The seller understands and agrees to the pricing and listing features mentioned above.
  • By listing a service on GptSidebar.com, the seller acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is not applicable for instant electronic services as per Article 7 of the Distance Sales Regulation dated 06 March 2006, Official Gazette No. 25866.
  • Both parties agree to comply with all regulations stated under Consumer Protection Law No. 7.
  • This contract becomes effective upon electronic acceptance by the buyer.
  • The seller accepts responsibility for the delivery of the service. GptSidebar.com bears no responsibility or liability for obligations arising from this agreement between the buyer and the seller.
  • Both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by GptSidebar.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Sales Regulation, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw for services and goods delivered instantly via electronic means. Purchases such as websites, domains, internet projects, internet applications, and other software products through GptSidebar.com do not grant withdrawal rights.

If the ongoing transaction process involves escrow and the product specifications are non-compliant or unspecified, the buyer may suspend the transaction by notifying GptSidebar.com within the timeframe specified in Article 5.1.1.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices.
