Delivery

Once payment is received, your service will begin automatically. If payment is made via direct bank transfer, please wait for payment confirmation. For payments made via credit card or Google Pay, the account is set up instantly, and full access is provided.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be made at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will automatically stop right after the remaining license days of the current subscription plan.

Refunds

If any feature of the paid subscription plan does not work and this is proven with screenshots within the first 24 hours, the monthly subscription fee will be fully refunded. Otherwise, refunds are not possible.

If you cancel an annual plan before it ends, 20% early cancellation fee will be deducted from the current day balance, and the remaining net balance will be refunded within 7-10 days, depending on your local bank.

Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher subscription plan, the upgraded plan will be charged upon upgrade, and the remaining days of the current plan will be converted to days of the upgraded plan according to their value.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower subscription plan, the downgrade will take effect after the downgrade request, and the remaining days of the current plan will be converted to days of the downgraded plan of the same duration.

When you downgrade your plan, your current products are not recalculated according to the new plan, nor is your previous payment refunded.
